All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged items reported within this timeframe will be replaced free of charge.
⚠️ Items reported after 3 days are considered customer-caused and will not be covered.
Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
⚠️ Do not return items to the sender or business registration address. These locations are not return facilities and such returns will not be approved.
Customized and personalized jewelry (including engraved or name pieces) cannot be returned due to their unique nature.
Exceptions: If your personalized item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will replace or resolve it promptly.
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
After 1 hour, your order may already be in production or shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
If delays occur due to customs, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, the order must first be delivered before a return can be requested.
Parcels undelivered after 30 days will be refunded.
Missing package in transit (5+ weeks)? Contact us for a swift replacement.
Riva Jewelers is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported missing.
If tracking shows delivery but your package cannot be found:

File a local police report if theft is suspected
